The staff, reception, nurses and vets alike are so friendly, welcoming and engaging. I took my fur baby to get her routine vaccinations and general annual health check this week. Two of the staff on reception I recognise from previous visits to pick up flea/worm treatment and there was a also a new lady. All of whom were giving my dog attention, cuddles and treats. They asked me questions about her and genuinely came across interested. Telling me about their pets too. Vets, actually any large franchise can feel a little impersonal - Vets4Pets is an exception. You go away really feeling like you and your pet were important. The vet herself was lovely - she made me feel like a proud mum telling me my dog was perfect :-) She was very gentle to minimise distress.I have the health plan which includes all vaccinations, a health check and regular flea/worm preventatives. So I only have to pop in there occasionally, every time it's been a pleasure with no fuss.
Lovely place, lovely staff but don't let the vet to change dates! Lol

Wonderful staff who work there is have been there many times to take my hamster and it was always lovely.
Brilliant staff. Had the ordered medicine ready for me to collect. Have done fantastic surgery to my elderly cat.
