My dog Logan fractured his paw when we was walking in the forest, I called the vets and explained that I wouldn't be there till after there closing time, they said to bring him along and said they would stay open and wight for me. I got there 20 min after they closed, they saw me and looked after my pup. Give him an x ray staying 2 hours later on a Saturday. I can not Express how amazing these vets are and I can't think them enough.
Great service as usual. Just got my cat's second vaccination. Professional and friendly staff. A very short waiting time at the appointment. Large and free customer car park, with lots of free spaces as I arrived. If you're coming from Eastleigh direction, the entrance is right after Tesco petrol station. I've been to this branch as well as to the Burgess Road one and both are great. You need an appointment which is a lot better than walk-in service at other vets because you don't have to wait for half an hour or longer to be seen.
I can't thank the staff enough for the care and attention they gave to my cat poppy. She had emergency surgery a week ago and has had complications. Vets Emily and Betty were amazing. Thank you so much.

Lovely vets, very friendly and helpful! I have taken my 2 cats here for the last 10 years and they have always been professional, courteous and very knowledgable about providing support/ advice on any concerns I have had regarding my 2 pets. We always get reminders by text when our cats are due a check up or flu jabs etc. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend them to others.
