Very professional and caring, all the staff and veterinarian doctors always go that extra mile. They are more like family to my pet than business, and always make my visits or home visits feel comfortable. Most importantly they always manage to diagnose the issues very quickly & precise. Best Vets in Hampshire for sure.
Gave 5 stars 3 months ago and now want to explain as have had another great experience with this surgery. Thought my dog might be ill, so called up and was asked in my opinion very useful questions (to avoid unnecessary visit) and was recommended to come in asap - soonest appointment @ Boyatt was 5pm so booked me into Chandler's Ford immediately. Fantastic service at Chandler's Ford too, I feel like they really care about my pets; very attentive and listen to my answers about their symptoms, not rushed. Always the same at both surgeries. Very glad I registered the boys here!
