Absolutely terribleMy claim was approved by the insurer in first week of December 2018. This is 2nd week of January and claim hasn't still been settled. There is no communication from them as to what is going on. I have to chase them constantly for updates. They never proactively sent me any updates. They are unavailable or unresponsive when tried to reach. Dave Saunders was professional and reassuring when he visited us to assess the loss. But he never picked up the call or never returned it. One advice is, If your claim handler is GHG, please avoid the insurer.
