Another day wasted whilst following Aviva's - Nuffield screening process!!Ironically , I always found Aviva to offer great service , but the Nuffield assessment process is ridiculous - Having fully explained the reason for claim alongside dates and details to 2 Avivia staff - I now have to wait for the 4pm call from Nuffield to assess again-!!4pm call received - couldn't answer quick enough as i left a meeting so called straight back on the number displayed . (within 10 seconds)"we are only a call center you cant call us came the response from the operator - the physio will call you back and make multiple attempts" (still waiting for any)Listened to voicemail - " please call us back on the same number "!!!Called back - told that is not how it works and the physio should have called me back - explained they left a message asking me to call !!!!Anyway am re-booked for another attempted call tomorrow now as diaries are full at their end so i can repeat myself for the 3rd time.
It a good working environment, but I would hesitate to compliment on the food in the canteen I'm afraid
