The experience over the phone is a joke. They transferred me at least 10 times from a person to person, calling me back and putting on hold. I said to the 10th person I could see they couldn't care less for a new client. What the guy answered? "okay, okay". AVOID at any cost these jokers
One Insurance Solution (broker) & ERS (Equity Red Star) is a "dilly-dally" company. ERS procrastinate in every step. Does not know how to expedite the process. I like to believe that both of them are outrageous in the insurance industry. Completely dissatisfied from the service. I did not get my deposit money, and premium refund once the policy was cancelled from Once Insurance Solution. After several email refunds but kept the lion share in the name of calculation. I do not recommend those companies anyone to buy a policy. Caution!!! Stay away.

One star is doing this company justice !! Never felt the need to have to write a review before but have been left fuming. im now stuck with this insurance company for the next year. Will never be using them again, heaven forbid I have to make an actual claim with them as just getting through the qualification period has been torture.Not to mention cost me an extra 68 for there admin error. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!
Be very careful with them! Read well all the documents before making an insurance. Very surprising terms of cancellation.
