Never trust them!I lost my vehicle with this insurers!!!Second policy is very high price.Theft rental van not claim they cancel my policy on my own van.DONT TRUST BCD!!!

Can not get hold of them at night.. no emergency calls or break down number for after hours. Most other firms offer that. Told this firm I wanted to cancel. They said in the phone call that I would have to pay the cancellation fee to close the policy. I had 7 days to get quotes and start the switching process.. and they phoned me up ahead of this time to confirm cancellation. This I did and switched to another provider. But they then emailed and wrote out saying I had 30 days to make with 2,667 which was the remainder of the policy. The policy is now closed so no offeres of instalments. I am now with another provider.. so if I setup another instalment I will be paying 2 lots of instalments/ insurance.Had they said about this remaining balance and that I would be liable for full payment then I would not have canceled. On top of that.. they said that they were NOT insurance providers but a comparison company and that my details were with a firm called policy plan and not BCD. I am now taking legal advice and action over this as this was a con from the very beginning. Beware of being a courier people.. If you find that firms are offering 1000 a week pay to deliver boxes be careful.. very careful. And if you get a 3000 insurance quote to deliver a box for Amazon.. you need to think twice about the whole thing. The sums do not add up. Please please please rent a van for few weeks test the waters. Thats all I am saying. Dont go with firms like these.. talk to courier firms.. better yet get put on a courier firms insurance .This is a dying trade and here is the reason why. Beware.. and I am holding back here. Jordan
They are crafty They dont tell you when you make changes to the policy that the insurer doesnt insure the company you work for and will take payments to make the changes even though they fully know that there would be issues down the line. They cannot get the insurers to confirm what they say rather theyll send you an email and pass the buck to your company and then charge you again for cancellation making themselves more money. A very money grabbing company.... I urge you to stay awaySo it gets worse they (sammy on the 5/12/18 @10:35) said that refund should be in my account in 3-5 days but then I get an email saying (5-7 days)I called yesterday (10/12/18) to inform them that I have been issued another card since and if it matters to the payment because it has a different expiry date and they took my account details but now its 7-10 days and no email confirmation. They will tell you what you want to hear on the phone but dont trust them one bit. Tim said to me whilst shouting at me for most of the conversation that I can get the 75 back for my change of address but the day after whilst on the phone to sammy he said he made no promises. Ive had to change insurance and lost a whole year no claims even though Ive served 10 months and paid in advance. It costs them nothing to get drivers the no claims especially when it is their southern rock (their partners who made the decision not to insure drivers from the company I work with). If I could give another one star I would.
I have been with BCD for 4 years, wanted to cancel the policy, and asked me to pay 2000 Customer service lady very rood and unprofessional.This broker was good but now just avoid it to dont be disappointed Dont recommend
