Been diagnosed with COPD , lung desease , and my specialist messaged them last march stating I need this type of meds , still not received them and different meds again 2 MTs ago , and still no meds , called them and still waiting for a call back after 30 hrs , discusting coustomer services , it's diabolical service .
Fantastic prompt service, great work by doctor and receptionist who sorted my problem out very quickly and had a prescription sent within minutes. Couldn't fault it. Thank you very much for providing such a decent service.
Receptionists are friendly and always do their best to help with any situations that arise. Doctor Revill has been absolutely fantastic with our kids and especially my partner who has been rather poorly over the last year. He's very VERY good at what he does and we hope to see him at the practice for many years to come.
Nowhere to park. Carpark was full. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment but spent half an hour trying to find somewhere to park. I finally go in to be told I have missed my appointment and that there wasnt another available one for 2 weeks. Useless.
Although you can normally get an appointment the information/support the doctors give you is rubbish. I had one issue for 2 years before they finally agreed to refer me. Then for the last 3 weeks I've been in so much pain its making me pass out. 4 different doctors say something different, with none actually caring what the hell is wrong. A few people I know have had the same issues with them. one doctor even googled something... I can do that myself!!!!! I appreciate that the NHS is tough right now but to not even bother simply isn't good enough. I would say however the reception team are always supportive and try their best to pick up the pieces the doctors leave.
