Very friendly staff but it was a very wrong appointments policy. They do no allow in-advance appointments for non-urgent cases; you can only book for the same day in an very tight slot; this creates different problems for people in urgent need and people in non-urgent need; it also makes the online booking system useless as all slots are always unavailable.
