Came there with two kids to find out that my appointment was cancelled.It happened twice so far. They phoned me to cancel it 20 minutes before the appointment!
I cannot fault the treatment that I received. It was delivered in a timely manner when I needed it. I was treated with respect by the doctors and the health care assistant and shown a good level of empathy and understanding. The only criticism I have is that there does not seem to be enough staff to answer the phones at busy times. It took a long time to get through initially due to phone line busy and then I was waiting in a queue for more than half an hour on a couple of separate occasions.
By far the worst bunch of useless GPS in the world.Wont let you talk about more than 1 thing during an appointment, I started talking about a very serious problem Im having and I was interrupted and told I had to make another appointment, 2 days later I was rushed to hospital because of there incompetence! changing GPS! Continuously let down by these people. Cant believe I stayed this long.

I hate going to the Doctors. Walked in - booked myself in on the automated system, was greeted politely by the receptionist, sat down. Fidgeted nervously. Shuffled around on my seat nervously and then got a buzz to say I was next. Considered running but too many people where watching. Went in to my appointment - Early - and a young lady called Amanda sat me down and i was out in minutes. Amanda was amazing very polite - very professional, and made me feel at ease.... all that for a poxy glucose test, which had me fretting all weekend, but wow she really made it easy. I just felt it would be good to share a positive. felt cared about and looked after - thank you Stokewood.
