Very poor administration, while on hold reception staff often terminate the call, say they will return your call and don't. Also rude.
Dentist lovely. But reception staff rubbish... changed time for visit without telling me which ended up with us missing appointment.... now can't for in for another 6 weeks.... now been 2 years since last appointment as they cancelled in the begining.
best dentist i have ever used. Worst reception staff. Seems disturbingly common...
Quality of actual dental care is incredible. I have always been given great service by the dentists, hygienists, and technicians. Very impressed on that front. Sadly, the reception there is terrible.Most interactions I've had with reception has been very unnecessarily uncomfortable. I don't agree it is simply the fact that they are young, as anyone working should at least have a basic understanding of professionalism. On top of often feeling dismissed or spoken to very poorly, given different dentists when I requested specific ones, I recently tried to book an appointment where they demanded I pay with my card over the phone for something I was told would cost me less than 50. I have never once had to pay in advance for treatment, have always paid after my appointment, and even if I was meant to, surely this should have been mentioned the last time I was in? I don't see this demand on the site either. Made me really uncomfortable being asked my personal details randomly, when this has never been requested before. I will probably not be returning despite the amazing dental care itself. Not worth it, if the front desk can't even communicate kindly/ properly every single time I go. Such a shame. Good luck in future however and thank you for the previous treatment, despite the poor attitudes of reception.
