I have no idea why the reviews on here are so bad. We have recently started with out 15 year old and he now has fixed top and bottom braces. The whole process has been straightforward, and the staff have been fantastic. No issues whatsoever. Sure they are busy, and it takes a while to get through, but not as bad as trying to get through to my GP. Would recommend.
very poor service; I was supposed to have my braces tightend after 6 weeks and they alicated me a place 12 weeks after! The orthodontist was very rude towards me stating it was my fault that she gad put my braces in wrong. Very poor show.
slow..............very bad service and have too many people to handle!!
