Reception team need to work on their communication skills. Understandably delays happen but actually talking with people in the waiting room and keep them updated would be helpful. We have just sat there for an hour with 2 young children waiting for an checkup appointment that realistically was never going happen any time soon. Ended up leaving. Total waste of my time. When you do see a dentist they are friendly and professional.
Just had my appointment cancelled for the 3rd time in a row but only told once i turned up for it. Was told they sent a SMS but the only one i received was confirming the appointment. When making another appointment I was offered a Saturday which suited me but in the same sentence the receptionist said 'hopefully we will have a dentist in' !!! Absolutely awful service! Will be looking for another dentist!

Have been coming here for 20 years. No issues. Ive personally not had any appointments cancelled. Ive rescheduled myself and they've been very accommodating. Manage to get our 3 appointments together. I always book at the time of my last appointment. All dentists I've had have been very nice.
As an ex forces man my expectation was tempered by minimum service expectation but I was still disappointed by some margin.Check ups appeared to be a 60 second look and a quick poke about that didnt include the minimum I expect. I was in and out despite having 2 fillings that I knew of in under 6 minutes to pay for a check up and a rebooking for the fillings. No problem.On returning I was offered a private consultation for a crown at 400. I opted for this as a white crown was preferable and I had no idea of costs at this stage.A further booking and 10 weeks later the crown was fitted. Despite some serious difficulties fitting the crown was ground and filed to fit. Once fitted he then commented that in grinding the tooth down he had exposed the metal frame which would weaken the covering. He apologised with a shrug and said nothing can be done. How about dont fit a damaged crown? I was then charged 450 for the extra hassle!Subsequently I booked a check up 6 months on. I was delayed at work as I commute and despite best intentions I could not get signal to speak with the dentist. When I phoned back to reschedule I was informed that I had been removed from the books as a non-attendee in line with the practice rules. No one had bothered to let me know and had I not called I would have remained in the dark.I can not recommend this dentist lowly enough. Poor in all ways. One star feels generous.
