I can't rate them too low as I have a mini from them, and I like it, but oh my god do they over charge for getting your car fixed with them, they quoted hundreds more for a tyre and brakes fitting, I was astounded, can't believe they get away with it, it really is robbery, the other local garages are far far cheaper. Shop round for quotes first, you'll be much better off.On a plus side they serviced my car for free, as part of my car contract, and cleaned it whilst I waited in their plush bmw showroom, which offers snacks and drinks whilst you wait, so not all bad.
