We bought a BMW X1 from Mark around 4 weeks ago. Great service throughout, a real pleasure to deal with and got a great deal part-exing. Mark and Warren are both very professional and go above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealer. We actually had an issue with the BMW's windscreen washers after a week so called and took it back. Their mechanic managed to fix it but a couple of days later they stopped working again. Called Warren and he said 'no problem, bring it back in'. It turned out that the reservoir was blocked and needed to be taken out, cleaned out and filters replaced which is a common problem with BMW's. All work done without any quibble and without charge. I think you can tell a lot about a company by their after sales care and for that reason I would highly recommend Mark Hopkins Car Sales. 10/10.
We bought a Ford Ka from a couple of years ago and were pleased with it. Meant to write a review then but forgot! It's just sailed through it's second MOT without needing any work.I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Mark was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a decent Second hand low mileage car. I also feel the price that I paid was excellent for the car I bought. And as my car is not ready for me to drive away in till Wednesday, Mark has gone out of his way to give me a hire car so that I can get to work and be able to pick my kids up from nursery & school.
