I highly recommend the Spitfire pub. Its a typical pub that screens key sports events and has several screens for this purpose. The food is now pretty good and reasonably priced. The drinks are very reasonably price on par with Wetherspoons. It gets busy especially during the sports events. Great pub, great prices, great atmosphere. Highly recommended
Great music, good prices, comfy seating. A good all round pub for a night out with the husband.
The best venue in town for great choice of drinks, with fun and laughter all the way! Fantastic functions, karaoke and bands, there's always something going on. Love it!

Should really be no stars, but one is the minimum you can give for a review... I had 30 minutes to wait for my connecting train in Eastleigh, so thought I'd pay it a visit for a quick drink. Despite it not looking very busy and being an hour before it's closing time of 1.00am the doorman refused me entry saying "We're not letting anybody else in buddy", as I left some smokers outside said they were just off in to buy another drink. I hope when it closes soon, due to lack of business the owners read this review to help explain why this is the case...
