Warning, do not use this car wash ever!!! ! Its Fualty, it ripped the ariel off of my car (my cars a standard size corsa) and of course they didn't want to know about it afterwards. There is no instruction to remove your ariel anywhere. Go to asda car wash instead as its safer, the same price and is manned (and does a much better wash) Disgusted.
Was at the garage buying a token for the self service car wash , suddenly the manager rushes in and asks who has the car parked in the car wash. When I said it was mine I was told to remove my car as you 'cannot occupy the car wash until you have purchased a token'. In 30yrs of driving I have never come across this 'rule' at a garage before. Backed out car on exit only to find his mate or relative I presume driving into it. See Zeshan Baigs comment nearby. The guy is a disgrace. Avoid unless you like Basil Fawlty type hospitality.
If you have expensive car or you love your car don't use there machine car wash otherwise you gonna end up like me with so many scratches on the car and staff refuse to help me because it's not their fault one guy so cold manager have no customer experience don't even know how to talk to customer instead apologise he act like it's my own fault if you still want to use the machine car wash just read the instructions on the wall they don't take any responsibility to messed up your car.
