The customer lift is not big enough for a wheelchair and trolley or assistant together, it is like they don't want disabled people to visit the upper sales floor. Customer service representative did not seem interested so I will not be visiting again with wheelchair bound person. Wife shop's at Asda quite often, I go in the cafe for a decaf tea,and every time the try to overcharge me,saying 1.30. no decaf tea as advertised is 1.20, specialist tea is 1.30. I wonder how many people pays the extra without realising.Come on asda train your staff properly.
Overcharged on a children's toy. Customer services que was way too long to wait in. It was the last one and scuffed so ideal was hoping to pay less. ASDA you have barcodes and printed labels... No excuses!
Called in to buy a microwave,no one could take security tag off ,so took it off my self in front of staff to her amazement,but was then told to queue up again,no thanks very embarrassing and very poor service ,on line shopping is the way forward for this branch
Poor customer service and rather rude.Shopped upstairs in the George clothing 25/08/18 and waited a good 15-20 mins in a queue that was quickly building up while looking on to see a row of check outs but only one being used by a lady who was busy chatting to two customers (looked like she knew them) and keeping everyone waiting.She even looked at us and acknowledged how busy it was getting and then carried on with her conversation. And finally when it was our turn to be served there was no apology of the hold up which was down to her anyway and spoke rather rudely and could not be bothered to be polite. Wont be shopping here again!
