I've used this shop several times - always a really thorough service. They go out of their way to avoid extra costs for you and are always quick to return your bike. Very helpful staff, always friendly and will patiently explain any issues or questions.
My commuter bike was making some nasty noises, fixed up by the guys at Hansfords. Without exaggerating, I picked it up and it was shifting gears better than when new.
I always get great service from Alex and the team at Peter Hansford. I've spent countless thousands on bikes both for myself and my family from both the Chandler's Ford and Winchester stores, and have always left happy that I've bought the right bike based on their advice and recommendations. There's a decent range of bikes there, whether you're into road or mountain bikes, and there's always a good deal to be done. The workshop can get busy though, particularly in the Spring or Summer, so it's worth booking ahead if you need bigger jobs doing.
Been here a few times now and every time I get friendly service along with very professional and thorough work done to my bike. They seem to go the extra mile and are very happy to explain things that do/do not need doing. Great prices for servicing too. Thoroughly recommended...I won't hesitate to bring my bike back here in the future.
A really great bunch of guys. I had a shifter problem with a bike and they swapped out all out and repaired it and i had the bike back in under three hours as i needed it fit a sportive the day after. Really good bunch and very willing to help out.
