We have used Ocean World many times to book cruises, and always found staff to be professional, helpful and friendly..... nothing is too much trouble.Recently we had to cancel a cruise for personal reasons. Michelle liaised with the cruise company on our behalf over several days, until she finally achieved a fair deal for us. She communicated with us regularly, both by telephone and email. We have no hesitation in recommending Ocean World. We will continue to use them for our future cruises.Well done to everyone, and our sincerest thanks to all staff over the years.

Terriable staff knowledge of destinations , they know cruises but use an experienced travel agent if you want good holiday advice and service ! And some of the staff are just rude , blonde women I believe her name was Carrie has the customer services skill of a frog !
