Great little store, offering lots of the usual products and a few of the lesser known brands. Seems to stock lots of battered tins, cartons and containers...but like shopping for an item at Primark, you just need to dig...beyond the clutter.Staff are very friendly and helpful, although that common problem of slow checkouts, opening to relieve the queues, is now endemic in all of the 2nd tier outlets. Obviously costs need to be covered somewhere?Parking is free, but requires validation...simply scan the barcode, from your till receipt at any of the machines on your way out of the store (there are plenty of them) and be on your way. Beware the exit onto the roundabout of the main road. This can be VERY busy and with a pedestrian access route immediately to your left, expect sudden exit blocking if someone cedes to said pedestrians (who have a right of way).Great value shopping and recommended for the chance to try something different.
Very good, very clean and tidy produce was of a high standard will shop there again.
The semi skimmed milk we like was 25p a litre cheaper and the basmati rice was very cheap too. That's all we went for.... but we'll go back soon to get more bargains.
Love lidl's. On a beer run for xmas today. They have a wide variety of there own at good prices. Food ranges are very good. Could do with some more veggie ranges.
This is one of the larger Lidl stores and carries the full range of products, unlike Totton or Shirley. It is now on the same site as M&S food so you have the best of value and quality.The parking is OK but you must remember to scan your till receipt and enter your registration number before leaving the store or you will be fined.The exit from the car park is straight on to a busy roundabout and this can be quite tricky and dangerous.
