The look of their stores are excellent and they have a great variety of food and other options for your pets. Their products are not in questions. The problem I have is the staff training. I have walked in to store and this time I have timed how long I am In the shop before I am pounced upon by a staff member to check if I am Ok - I have been in the shop plenty of times, I know where things are and 8 seconds after I walk in I dont need your help. If I wanted it I would ask. Because do I need the evident great knowledge to pick up a bag of Hay?! Please - Back off and give customers the chance to breathe before jumping on them. If they need you then give them 60 seconds to peruse before asking!!

A very large and clean store stocking a large array pet food, treats & accessories. The staff were very welcoming & friendly, offering sound advice and a keen interest in my dog that was allowed in the store. A great experience for my staffordshire bull terrier as I was also able use the weighing facilities.
The shop is cleaned and looks lovely every time I go in there! The staff greet you as you walk through the door and always asks if you need any help with anything. They have so much knowledge on all animals and animal products and always recommend the best one for you. Best of all, all pets corner products are natural!!! My cats love their food :)
