It is simple, go elsewhere. Rude staff and the area looks like we need to call the Luftwaffe back to flatten it.

Awful service returned our brand new car dented and scratched and the staff were very rude when we pointed out the damaged at the airport when collecting. We have been told to just email and no one could tell us the process or procedure for this type of situation. I would never recommend using looking4parking/ WF parking at Southampton Airport unless you want a huge repair bill.
Superb service, called the Meet & Greet service at 5 a.m. to let them know we were 10 minutes away. There was a very polite man waiting for us, who checked us in by the airport door and took the car for us. Upon return, we called them border control and they were pulling up as we entered the car park. Will definitely be using them again when I fly from Southampton. I have used meet & greet at all the London Airports and this is better than all of them.
Absolutely dire experience. Worst of the meet and greet companies I have ever used. Told to call as leaving aircraft and did as instructed. Met at the drop off point only to be met by someone with the appearance of a homeless man, who tried to thrust the exit ticket in my hand, telling me I had a minute to exit the car park. My car is brand new, was immaculate when it was handed over, but had mud all down the drivers side from front to rear. I asked where this had come from and was told, 'I don't know mate (MATE??) I am just here to deliver your car,' and with that he disappeared like a thief in the night! There was litter left in my car, and when I had tried to exit I could not as the exit fee was 4. The car park attendant was un-moved when I told him, saying that he had heard this all to often about Maple Manor and that I either paid more or would not be exiting. It was dark when I arrived, my examination was cursory and when I inspected my car the next day, there was scratches (as though it had been driven into bushes) in the paintwork that would not buff away. This company is the worst of the worst and I hope that my experience would act as a warning to others - it is dreadful and I would not use them again at Southampton Airport, I would rather simply pay to stay on site.
