Used them for my last house move. It was a bit last minute and this company was the only one who could offer to move me on the date I needed. They were comparatively expensive but I had no choice if I wanted to move. I was reassured by the website and the fact that they weren't the cheapest. Unfortunately they sent a van that was far too small (a tail life box van for a 3 bed semi's worth of contents). They had to cram it to the ceiling and I and a friend took the excess in our cars. They damaged my contents, the fridge/freezer was dented - it had been immaculate, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe were cracked and broken. The house itself was also damaged (the removal men damaged the ceiling with the wardrobe). I wouldn't use them again.
They are, by far, the most efficient and professional removal firm I have ever used.The move went very smoothly, all furniture arrived safely and undamaged at my new home and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.I will definitely use them next time I move.
