Clean and pleasant. Good comfy seats with more leg room than average. A good place to watch your favourite blockbuster.
Can't really fault it apart from quite expensive car parking and food/drink. The cinema is very clean and soundtracks from adjacent screens did not interrupt our enjoyment of A Star Is Born or Bohemian Rhapsody; both "must sees" on the big screen. Seating was comfortable and roomy, food was expensive in the foyer but very nicely presented, and no queues anywhere. Nice.
This is a nice cinema with decent films, showtimes and large screens. The only downside (as you can probably imagine) is the extraordinary cost of anything. I only go if I can use a 2 for 1 offer or similar voucher. 12 per person is not a competitive price to say the least, especially considering drinks start about 4, or you can upgrade to a hot dog as well for 7.50 .....
Quick to get tickets. Slow to get food etc before you go through for your film. Good location with other facilities around.
My husband and I took the kiddies for their first trip to the cinema. It was fab. The Grinch was amazing! We were greeted by Elliot on the desk and he helped us, as we had e-codes to use for out tickets. He was really friendly and so helpful. I explained that it was the children's first time at the cinema and he showed them the screen and asked where they wanted to sit. We ended up going to an earlier showing than planned, as Elliot let us know that the ads were on, but the film would be on in five minutes- fabulous! Elliot was so engaging and knowledgeable. When I mentioned the price of normal tickets, Elliot explained about Super Mondays and that you can get a cinema ticket for 3.99. Search 'Super Mondays' on the Vue website. We left the desk happy and excited about our special family treat. Being a Sunday, and 5.15pm, it was dead. No one around. Only ones at the desk area and walked straight into cinema. Cinema was a quarter full! Quiet viewing- no annoying people! Happy days!
