Only ever ordered from there twice and both times foods was luke warm, and items were missing. Rang them to tell them, and missing items sent out 50 minutes later. Not going to bother anymore I'll stick to good luck on Twyford road as they are always spot on. I don't ever leave bad reviews so this is saying something. More attention to detail is needed.

Absolutely awful, waiting for over an hour just to be told they haven't even started cooking food yet! No update about the apparent delay and no proper apology either! Website is poor and hard to use too, overall just a poor experience and will not use again!
Has slowly gone downhill over the last few years unfortunately. Soggy batter on what was supposed to be a freshly prepared piece of cod, but a very generous serving of chips. I'd now rate as average rather than excellent which they once were.
