Arrived and was created nicely, check in is quick and simple and directed to the room. There is unlimited tea/coffee for the room for you to make yourself.Room was lovely and large and clean.Bathroom was good.Iron/board available on request and hairdryer is in the room. The hotel is lovely and quiet as wellA 12o'clock checkout is great too, enabling you to check out at your leisure
Room was good and clean, but let down by the breakfast.Slow at serving as the breakfast is cooked for you and not self serve and brought the two breakfast out wrong. Surely not hard to take a simple breakfastborder but after waiting so long time was pushed so dis not complain.Coffee is out of a flask and was just warm. This is not the type of Costa coffee expected as normally there is a machine for a nice latte with breakfast so this was a further disappointment.Fruit juices were also left empty and not topped up do a good place let down by the breakfast and service
Easy access just off the motorway & all the usual premier inn stuff
Unfriendly staff apart from the old boy working the night shift at reception. Staff have no interest and Poor condition room. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was deffinately not Costa and was stone cold and staff refused to top up.
