Very good service .. I use this for service washes etc .. staff quick to serve and friendly. . To the reviewer down below who felt the need to get very personal with his review and insult one of the staff on her looks ? .. You must be a real Adonis eh ? But in all likely hood , your Neanderthal attitude about other human beings and the way you talk about them , and treat them , no wonder she may have had an attitude with you , and rightly so .. Ive used this shop for a few years and have never ever had cause for complaint ..
A lovely , clean and friendly launderette .. Tends to be busy at weekends but the staff are there to supply change and keep machines available as soon as the machines finish .. always helpful in there and will offer advice if they can.. parking is ample as there any many type of shops along this parade Cannot fault this shop whatsoever
Not a bad launderette. Good location with shops&pub nearby, clean machines but the big let down is the big fat ugly woman that works in there. Maybe it's my northern accent she doesn't like as she seems a little better with locals. Instant really bad attitude,that's bad for the business but if i was a female that looks like her maybe I'd be miserable to.Not good for the business. Attitude stinks.
Some people are dizzy, most basic place and 5:50 to wash clothes, no thanks, I do it in the bath.
Do not use them for dry cleaning, they send off site (Portsmouth??) , was told my suit would be ready in four days, gave them from Tuesday to Tuesday as I needed it for the Wednesday, was not complete, they hadnt bothered to contact me despite taking my number, finally got it back two weeks later and was asked to pay full price alongside the most insincere apology I have ever received!! Will not be using again nor would I recommend anyone to use them!!
