Excellent service always, staff have been very friendly and helpful on the two occasions I have used their shops. Chap in the Eastleigh shop rang ahead of my visit to the Totton shop today especially and I felt like a very valued customer. The ladies in the Totton store were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Absolutely brilliant service. My first order was despatched very quickly. It was then "mislaid" by Royal Mail. The staff (and Diane in particular) were enormously helpful and very quickly arranged the despatch of another.Reminds you of why you deal with small family firms and not the chains.Highly recommended
Very pleased with recent jewellery repair. Searched around to find a proper in house goldsmith as I have had previous repairs done elsewhere to a poor standard.The repair was discussed in detail and my exact requirements were undertaken, to a cost less than original estimate. Replacement parts were to an equivalent standard and all original parts were returned.I have had repairs done elsewhere where the repairs came back with lesser quality parts and the kept my parts!I was kept updated throughout process and although it took a while it was worth it.Thanks all, glad to have finally found a proper jeweller.
