The staff were slow but friendly, the toilets were pretty clean, nut, strangely, the sinks are by the exit and the hand dryers are on the opposite wall, meaning people drop their hands all the way across the toilet floor. Poor design really.The arcade machines worked fine, but the DC coin carousel ticket and card machine was very poor value for money. We put 16 in for one card out. Ticket redemption prices were quite good value though. Overall, a good example of a Hollywood bowl.
Brilliant place for everyone to enjoy. Kids went for a birthday party was all good fun. Is always busy so make sure to book in advance
The venue was fun on the day, with good alleys and arcade. The customer service the next day, after I'd forgotten something, was great over the phone, and I collected it the next day with no problem.
A great place to go bowling with easy parking, bar food and a small but good arcade. Its well priced but be prepared to wait an hour or 2 as it's always busy. This places is surrounded by restaurants so the wait comes easy.
It was pretty busy when we visited, but we booked in advance and our lane was available on time, so no trouble there - booking is advised! It's been a while since I've been bowling, so it was a welcome change that I didn't have to wear the uncomfortable "bowling shoes" as in the past. Also, I was loving the electronic bumpers so that each player can have them up or down, that was ace. There didn't seem to be many different balls to choose from, but we managed to find some that worked for us so I can't complain. There is a bar/restaurant and even though it took a while to have my milkshake brought out, we could have them on the lane so that was groovy, it was also super tasty so that's groovy too :-) overall we had a great time so I'm sure we'll be back!
