Groupon voucher an extra star for the staff the manager started telling me how much loss of sales she has had since putting the promotion on groupon . And kept telling me " you know how the actual cost for your facial is you are lucky ! " I think your bussiness is lucky to have had people who actually brought those vouchers stop being greedy you chose to put the offer on groupon no one forced you to do so . Sorry not planning on returning . This review came to the cost of 5 minutes of my time .
I had a 90 minute pamper package and picked a 1 hour facial and mini manicure. The facial was ok, not the best I've had, I don't like the products the salon uses which I've had before, I find them cheap and they have no smell plus the massage felt a bit limp and felt a bit too soft.....The mini manicure was a bit of a shape and file and polish which was ok. I was not wowed enough to return but the lady who did my treatment was very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend this place for Facial.Jenny the lady had given me facial she was so professionally and she has a passion towards her work.It was so relaxing just like a body massage. Can't wait to go back next monlth.
This place charges for everything! I had a shellac manicure and they charged me 25 + 8 for removing the previous shellac + 8 for a little glitter i asked!! I spent 38 for a manicure you can get at Studio 7 on Market street for 25. Girl who made it was nothing special. Also left me almost 30 minutes alone and went to serve other 2 customers. Totally a waste of money. Avoid!!
I received a 90minute pamper session as a birthday present and I have to say, it was awful. I had a full body massage but despite me telling the woman I like it firm as possible..she basically stroked me for an hour! There was no continuity with the massage either..she moved from one area to the next and then back again..taking her hands completely away to get more oil. The room was freezing as well but the worst thing was the mini facial I had after! The products were freezing cold, they felt cheap and despite me asking her to mind my eyelash extensions, she ended up slavering them in different creams and effectively ruining them! My skin didnt even look any different! Honestly, dont use this salon. Its a rip off and the treatments I had were rubbish. Oh, and Ive only given it one star as you have to put something! Zero stars would be much more fitting!
