Booked an appointment with the firm through the receptionist some weeks ago who said she would put it in the accountant's diary for today at 11am, spoke to the accountant this morning who denied that an appointment was ever made and talked about how he had a ' backlog of work' and it was a mistake my end - nothing to do with the firm. He was incredibly rude to me to say the least. Never been treated like that before as a customer. Would not recommend at all.
